I wasn’t informed till the last minute that pick up will be at the uber/lyft area. I availed of your service again cause the last time we were picked up just outside the door of the United Airlines. My wife can’t walk far and had the wheelchair service even. I know it is not the driver’s fault but I shiuld have been given me a heads up regarding this situation.
