Recent reviews

God forbid your flight or luggage is delayed. They do not pay attention to the pick up time you set, just the flight number when its supposed to land. I purposely set my pick up time for 30 mins after landing but my luggage was delayed by 30 mins. They said they will not wait an hour past the moment your flight lands, which left me stranded with my service dog and 3 huge bags. Even though my pick up time was only having them wait for 25 mins. they still charged me though. ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL.

Booked my car days in advance, they cancelled while my flight was in the air and didn’t re-book. Left me stranded at the airport at midnight with no transport. I’ll never use them again.
