Each sound, the male speaker repeats the same few lines at the ending. It’s triggered anger in me rather than “positive motivation” stopped about half way through each one because of reused material and script. Don’t even bother with this. Go pay for the “Well” app. It actually hypnotized me. Coolest alleviation ever. Ps, definitely still puffing on a marborol too, after the guaranteed quit smoking Knock off. 😒
