Talks too fast

I’m so disappointed in this app. I decided to try the 3 month subscription but it didn’t unlock any content. I can make playlists, but only with the tracks that were already free. If I click on any of the others it prompts me to subscribe again. I’ve restored purchases within the app multiple times with no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It appears that the only way to contact support is through the iPhone native mail app, which I don’t use or even have installed. Their support page doesn’t even list an email address, it literally is just a link that opens the mail app that I don’t want to install or use. The free content is fine in quality. I had hopes this would be a good fit for me but it’s provided nothing but increased frustration.
