Do not bother with this app. Support is terrible. They will not credit you if you cancel even if you do it within 30 days… they said I had to complete 6 sessions which I did and they still did not credit me. I’m disputing with my CC.

I can’t comment on the program because I used it for the first time yesterday and I haven’t lost any weight yet! But . . . . I requested a refund for a $47.99 add-on because the screen jumped and I hit the wrong link. I contacted support immediately and after they “reviewed” my complaint was told it was impossible to give me a refund for a lifetime purchase. That is a BS excuse because anything can be refunded by them by just putting in a request. I can understand if I had waited days to contact them, after I looked it over, but I never opened that package and contacted them immediately upon discovering the charge, within minutes. Their customer service stinks although I’ll give them props for being polite.
