Some routes can be purchased easily in-app (e.g., Bellevue to airport, $3 fare), offering convenient options for travel.
When functioning, it supports smooth, convenient transit experiences in the Seattle area.

Cons

Frequent crashes or freezes, especially in the trip planner and when changing dates/times.
Ticket purchase/payment issues: payments sometimes do not issue tickets, payment setup is confusing, and Apple Pay/Google Pay are not supported yet.
Sign-up problems and invalid email errors, plus broken support links (Salesforce) make help hard to reach.
No reliable in-app support/reporting: users report broken links and difficulty reporting issues.
