Frequent crashes or freezes, especially in the trip planner and when changing dates/times.
Ticket purchase/payment issues: payments sometimes do not issue tickets, payment setup is confusing, and Apple Pay/Google Pay are not supported yet.
Sign-up problems and invalid email errors, plus broken support links (Salesforce) make help hard to reach.
No reliable in-app support/reporting: users report broken links and difficulty reporting issues.
