User Reviews

Users like the app for easy use and Seattle-area transit coverage, but reliability is poor. Repeated crashes during trip planning, ticketing/payment issues, and broken sign-up/support flows dominate the negatives. Improvements needed include crash fixes, payment options (Apple/Google Pay), clearer sign-up, in-app support, and better station search and planning UI.
Pros
  • Easy to use and navigate.
  • Good coverage for Seattle-area transit (buses, trains, ferries, Link).
  • Some routes can be purchased easily in-app (e.g., Bellevue to airport, $3 fare), offering convenient options for travel.
  • When functioning, it supports smooth, convenient transit experiences in the Seattle area.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes or freezes, especially in the trip planner and when changing dates/times.
  • Ticket purchase/payment issues: payments sometimes do not issue tickets, payment setup is confusing, and Apple Pay/Google Pay are not supported yet.
  • Sign-up problems and invalid email errors, plus broken support links (Salesforce) make help hard to reach.
  • No reliable in-app support/reporting: users report broken links and difficulty reporting issues.
  • Navigation/plan-UI issues: hard-to-find stations, lack of filters, and landscape view limitations that complicate planning.

After completing the transaction the 2 tickets bought didn’t show up. I purchased them again and again the tickets didn’t show us under the available tab. I tried refresh and none. About a hour later I check my email and saw two receipts. I opened the app again and now I saw 4 tickets. As I an a tourist I was double charged for a one way trip because of this bug in the app.

The app will crash if you try to use the ‘leave at’ function of the trip planner.
