Said I had service in my area, made a account, no service in my area. Took my personal info and can’t get it removed. No way to contact and both app and website don’t work to delete account. Reporting to apple.

When the service works, it works great. However when you are subjected to no-shows or last minute rescheduling, it fails to be a time saver—which at the end of the day is why most of us sign up for a laundry service. I happily signed up for reoccurring service, thinking having a set date would mean fewer reschedules, because everyone knew in advance what the plans were. Alas, reliability actually got worse.
