Hampr is a wonderful idea, and great at finding people for your first couple of orders to get you hooked on the year long membership. after you sign up? Crickets. They will not help you find a Washr and tell you they “have Washrs in the area, but they’re unavailable” every time you request a pick up. They had to source out of state for my last wash, and still refuse to acknowledge there is no availability in my area as to avoid a refund. Sadly, this also isn’t a one time issue. I’ve now had this issue three separate times, with a wait period of 4 days before suddenly a support member is able to find someone. I live in a major city, this shouldn’t be an issue.
