The fireplace manufacturer that uses this app doesn’t care about anything but lining his pockets with more sales. This app does not work and all the reviews say so. I recommend returning your fireplace if you can if you want to use all its features correctly the way they advertise. Shame on this company.

I’ve had this app for 4 1/2 years. I love it cause I could just sit on my couch and turn on my fireplace and it really warms up this room but I got a new iPhone recently. iPhone 17. And now the app won’t work to turn on from my phone, which was very convenient cause I could do more on my phone than I could the actual remote. please update?
