myAir by ResMed is an exclusive app for ResMed AirSense and AirCurve users that guides you through therapy setup with an in-app Personal Therapy Assistant offering voice-guided instructions. The Test Drive feature helps you acclimate to therapy, and a library of setup videos and guides walks you through configuring your AirSense or AirCurve machine and mask.

Enjoy personalized coaching, tips, and videos designed to boost comfort and therapy success. The app sends notifications, provides regular check-ins, and with your consent shares therapy insights with your healthcare team. Sleep data and a nightly myAir score are available in-app, with the option to download therapy summary reports. It also integrates with Apple Health and Health Connect to display your health data together with your ResMed data. Recent reviews

For years after year, people on this site appropriately complain about Resmed’s inability to sync AirSense and AirMini machines into one reporting view. Never any meaningful response from Resmed other than the “we’ll look into it” drivel. But… hopeful sign on the horizon! My pulmonologist who is also frustrated with Resmed’s overall “we’re the best” attitude is starting to recommend an alternative brand CPAP to new patients! Maybe meaningful competition will nudge Resmed into actually listening to what patients need.
