S+ by ResMed helps you sleep better by pairing with the S+ unit to monitor your sleep using a patented non-contact sensor. The app delivers personalized feedback through S+ Mentor, relaxing sounds synced to your breathing with Relax, and a Mind Clear memo feature to jot down thoughts before bed. It also includes a Smart Alarm and charts to help you understand your sleep patterns and improve sleep quality.

Note: Most features require the S+ unit and there is no CPAP data provided. A disclaimer notes location permission may be used even when the app isn’t open, and the S+ uses a non-contact sleep sensor to power its insights.
