Update 2: back to 2 stars because the issue resolved itself after a week. Functional now but still buggy as hell. Update: app is completely bricked now after doing another cycle of deleting & reloading. Can’t log in to my current account OR make a new one. Doesn’t appear to be any remaining app support either. Used to be great, but took a nose dive this year. Every few weeks the app forgets my A/C exists, then forgets that my account exists. Then I have to delete, reload, re-add my account, and then re-add my A/C unit.
