This app is horrible, constant disconnect and more won't show data. It is letting me know with notifications that the washer is being used! If i open the app it says that it was last used weeks ago. I guess I get to uninstall AGAIN and do the process again. Buy samsung from now on. Their app WORKS! If you just want a dumb washer dryer or whatever that has a horrible app. Then fine, be loyal.

App stopped working, someone needs to fix it! heres my update 3 years later, app soo sucks, less than 1 star... ok this update is a day later and the app has been updated may21,2026, IT STILL DONT WORK!

Edit: 5/25/2026 it worked mostly for quite awhile and then they updated it and it is broken again, and since i have blocked the air conditioner sensor with furniture, i have to do gymnastics to get it to turn on with the remote because the app is terrible Edit: 5/5/2022 now it doesn't work at all, for about 2 weeks Edit: 7/9/2021 this hasn't worked well in a long time, 3/4 of the time it won't connect to the air conditioner at all.
