2026-07-15	St*****	Since we purchased the Kenmore front load washer and Dryer in Feb 2021 that app constantly lost connection and we had to add many times the appliances. Now the app just loads with an empty screen. Totally pitiful. Clearing the cache and data along with the uninstall and reinstall on the app does NOTHING. So if you reply to this do not ask me to do that since I have done that many times over and over.

2026-05-25	Br*****	This app is horrible, constant disconnect and more won't show data. It is letting me know with notifications that the washer is being used! If i open the app it says that it was last used weeks ago. I guess I get to uninstall AGAIN and do the process again. Buy samsung from now on. Their app WORKS! If you just want a dumb washer dryer or whatever that has a horrible app. Then fine, be loyal.
