Highlights include secure payments and a simple trip/ticket selection flow. Note that Corporate Quick Card users and Metro Rail riders should continue using paper tickets for now. Metrolink’s iOS app shows strong core intent (ticket purchasing) but is hampered by a broken in-app purchase flow, redirects to external pages, and tickets not always issuing. Expiration rules are unclear and refunds are scarce. Users report a frustrating navigation experience, missing maps/schedules and key features (monthly passes, notifications, favorites). While a few note easy payments and clear route selection, overall reliability and UX require substantial improvement.

Recent reviews

You make it difficult to input credit card info without having to make to ticket purchase. Online it says how to add a debit card but none of those subtitle folders exist in the app that leads to inputing the debit card info.

It seems like the developer has continued to improve the app since the most negative reviews were written. Payment is easy, choosing your route based on station of origin and destination is clear, the ticket wallet is separate from old expired tickets…the thing seems fine!
