I always found this app entirely overwhelming, and never really understood all the metrics in it, I love my Oura Ring though. Since it always wants you to connect to your Apple Watch, you always have the feeling you get less from it. Ultimately, what really pushed me over the edge is when the app tried to continue to charge my credit card. Really, other modern apps usually have in these emails a link where you can actually change your subscription. Welltory does not, and even in the app it's impossible to unsubscribe. The FAQ area has no instructions on how to unsubscribe, and when I followed the link for customer support, that link didn't work, so zero stars if I could give that. This is just a poorly maintained app, in my opinion, and I advise everyone to stay away from that.
