Pros

High-quality doctors across the board.
Intuitive app with a consolidated health-record dashboard (EHR) and ability to view notes, labs, and appointments.

Cons

Slow or no responses from care teams; messaging delays and expectations of responses (e.g., within 48 hours).
Poor messaging center: can't reread or locate old messages; confusing notifications.
Difficult scheduling, especially across departments; frequent need to contact operators.
Overall usability is poor: ugly, slow, non-intuitive, and hard-to-update information.
Billing issues: unanswered questions and even accounts sent to collections due to lack of response.

Recent reviews

Scheduling an appointment with any of the doctors I need to see in this system is not possible. I always get a message stating that appointments cannot be scheduled online with the doctor, or cannot be scheduled at this time.

Messages are sent directly to your doctors (including your photos of the problem, if necessary). Someone from the doctor’s team will respond after the doctor has reviewed your message. Phone calls to the receptionist do not get through so this method is a sure way of reaching your doctor.
