Excellent tool for communicating between patient and doctor. I have been using for years. A lot of time can be saved without appointment. It’s not an answer for an appointment but very useful.

I have decades of experience in the tech field. After running into an issue with the app, reinstalling the app, and even using the online portal, I am still getting the same issue. I reported a serious issue with my account where I am not able to see any of my billing information. I reported the issue 3 months ago and have been given the run around by tech support saying they’re creating an urgent ticket to address the issue and that a separate company “engineer” will contact me to address the issue and fix within 72 hours. I never received the call. I have called back 4 times and each time been told the same thing. The tech support team says it’s out of their hands yet has no record of me reporting the issue since they gave me a phony confirmation number. Today I spoke with a supposed supervisor that was going to send me an email so I have a record of the incident and that it’s being looked into by the separate engineering entity. I never got the email. 3 months now and no resolution, no record of my tickets or anyone to resolve the issue. Not being able to see your billing details in the app is a big issue considering they don’t send invoices out for weeks. Resorting to have to call a number to have a live person actually give me all the info line by line is not efficient and is huge waste of time. Frankly, your support and engineering team sucks! Fix your app!
