Recent reviews

We’ve had this system on our firm for over a year. At least 50% of the time that I approach the door, it does not detect my presence. I either have to punch in the code, or pull out my phone, open the app, and wave it around, which takes longer than punching in the code. I have given extensive feedback to the company. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. No better.

The app is incredibly slow and only works 50% of the time. I have to keep restarting the app in order to enter the security gate at my building. This app can eat it.
