I tried to sign in the app because my campus uses this app to open doors and it said to login with my school account and I put the exact login and it does not work. I get an error message saying wrong email or password. I tried multiple passwords I use and none of them worked. I tried resetting the password with an email and the email never came to my inbox. Terrible app, don’t get it if you can

Keeps logging me out every few times I use it.

The app seems to be having trouble all the time. It logged me out every time I close the app and I have to log back in when I’m sitting at the door. When it does work, there are no labels on the door so I have to guess which store it is. Definitely needs to improve.
