Constant login requests. Take a few minutes to even get in the apartment now, rather just use a physical key/keycard if I had the choice Edit - also, emails coming from them show up with a warning in outlook “we can’t verify that this email came from the sender so it might not be safe” which I’ve only ever seen come up on phishing emails?

I tried to sign in the app because my campus uses this app to open doors and it said to login with my school account and I put the exact login and it does not work. I get an error message saying wrong email or password. I tried multiple passwords I use and none of them worked. I tried resetting the password with an email and the email never came to my inbox. Terrible app, don’t get it if you can
