please delete this app as well as your garbage website where you lied about the 4.6/5 star review. this is straight corporate slop, who tf needs a digital key? nobodys been complaing about the nice physical metal key that is always safe in our pockets. oh my phone died, guess i cant unlock my door and have to sleep homeless for the night. wtf. even the "smalt" invention causes less problems than this and its just as dumb and unnecessary

I live in an apartment building with the entrance controlled by the Kastle app. The entrance procedure generally works well - we have key fobs - but the app stinks. I touch the icon, the app flicks on, and immediately flicks off. The building manager is also unable to get the app on my phone to work. It used to work. Now it does not. The manager called Kastle and had to leave a message. No one ever called him back. Bad app. Bad company. No customer service.
