A restaurant I work for has picked this app up to utilize and it’s terrible. It’s counter intuitive, unintuitive in general, clunky, lag time is unreasonable. There are no proper backend calls to link actions to results. This needs a major facelift and I’d be happy to help the devs/company with feedback and suggestions, but in general, this is clunky, bad, slow, and unintuitive.
