The latest update in May of 2026 still did not fix the issue of remembering my login credentials, forcing me to enter my email address twice, enter a password, and go through the Duo Mobile app every single time to punch in and out.

Face ID doesn’t work. This app is not user-friendly at all and is horrendous to deal with! There is always some type of issue. It’s so confusing to try to adjust clockings. I’m going to ask my company to switch to a new platform if symplr does not change their ways!
