Inside: Manage your work

Inside App is intended for businesses which have registered for an account with us, the app allows for workers to manage their schedules, attendance, communication and learnings effectively with just one app.

The Inside self-serve app offers a range of features designed to empower employees and streamline HR processes. Some key features include:

Shift Management: Employees can view their upcoming shifts, swap shifts with colleagues, and request time off directly through the app.

Time Tracking: Clock in and out of shifts, track hours worked, and view timesheets for accurate payroll processing.

Communication Tools: Stay connected with team members and managers through built-in messaging and notifications.

Training Resources: Access training materials, courses, and resources to develop skills and knowledge relevant to job roles.

Leave Requests: Submit requests for annual leave, sick leave, or other types of time off, with approval workflows integrated into the app.

Recognition and Rewards: Receive feedback, recognition, and rewards from managers and colleagues for outstanding performance and contributions.

Employee Directory: Access a directory of colleagues and team members for easy communication and collaboration.

Schedule Availability: Set and update availability preferences to inform managers of preferred shift times and availability for scheduling purposes.

Compliance Alerts: Receive notifications and reminders for compliance-related tasks, certifications, and training requirements to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
