Recent reviews

I think the lock and the app are actually really good, but it was never mentioned that you have to use Face ID or a passcode on your phone to actually use the app otherwise it will not open. Who actually designed this? That you’re going to require the end user to modify how they use their phone itself? There should simply be an in-app password like every other app before opening the app itself rather than requiring us to change how we’ve used our phone for the last 20 years.

This has been one of the hardest lock products I’ve ever had to install. It’s taking me multiple reset and while I finally have the lock working over Bluetooth, it will not connect to Wi-Fi. I have confirmed and tried multiple Wi-Fi points. All validated that work on other devices and yet it time out after about two minutes and just says retry over. Not a great first experience with this lock.
