I ordered a fireplace. The person that was scheduled to deliver my package did not wait for me to sign they left my smaller package that didn’t require signing. they clearly didn’t wanna walk up to the third floor mind you I’m 100 pound woman. most delivery people refuse to bring me my packages. They leave it downstairs and if it’s a heavier package, I’m pretty much screwed. This particular delivery person didn’t want to bring my package all the way up the stairs. Their was no delivery attempt of my larger fireplace. Mine you I have a Camera outside my door. they never made any attempts to bring me my package. Then they have the nerve to leave me a message. Sorry we missed you and that they were gonna try again Monday. I called customer service only to have a robot answer I could not get in touch with a person and then the robot was rude. While I was on the phone explaining my situation, she said sorry bye and she hung up. I wonder if there are any consequences for the delivery people? Throw peoples packages and damage them or they don’t bring the packages we are supposed to. I don’t think FedEx really cares. They make it hard to talk to a person you can’t talk to management easily. It’s even difficult to follow a complaint.

Worst delivery service ever. 1/10 times that I get notified 30 times about that my package is out for delivery that day or following day, does it actually show up.
