ShipStation Mobile is a useful on-the-go shipping tool for saving postage and tracking shipments, but it suffers from repeated login/sign-in issues, heavy reliance on desktop/web verification, a redesigned and harder-to-use UI, frequent instability, and label-generation challenges on mobile.

Pros

Long-time users rely on ShipStation Mobile as part of their shipping workflow across devices (desktop/iPhone).
When accessible, the app provides the expected shipping functions on mobile for on-the-go needs.

Cons

Persistent login issues: frequent sign-in failures, prompts to use a web browser or desktop, and two-factor authentication friction.
Repeated login requirement that forces verification almost every time and credentials failing to be remembered.
UI/UX problems after updates: app feels different from desktop, difficult to navigate, and harder to read.
Instability and errors: freezing, blank Orders page, and various error messages when attempting to ship.
Difficulty generating or downloading labels on mobile; workaround often needed (screenshots or desktop use).

Recent reviews

Newest update has dramatically slowed productivity as it is riddled with bugs. Every time I try to change a selection to the order/shipment I have to force close the app and restart to continue. Can’t change the shipment date and if I try, I have to force close and start over. If I touch anything it won’t let me print the label and I have to force close and then find the shipment and try printing from there. The previous version wasn’t perfect but at least worked and was fast. This newest update REALLY screwed things up

Can’t go on the web version because it doesn’t let you scroll to the other side of the screen and you can’t even sign into the app because it glitches out when you try!!! Terrible app. Can’t even simply get logged in, let alone ship anything
