Every time I have a delivery out now you then send me a message saying you tried to deliver but we're unable to. I live in an apartment complex with no gates and two entrances. Last time you delivered it to some other apartment but didn't put the apartment number in the confirmation photo. so the company I ordered from had to refund me because of your error. And that was the follow-up you gave. To contact them to take care of your mess. I hate when I see a business uses you to ship.

Four years after my last one star review, the app continues to be a mess. At least on my relatively new Samsung Galaxy, it is impossible to copy tracking numbers - you highlight, click copy, and it doesn't copy. The virtual assistant provides no information that isn't already in the tracking information that you're looking at when you click on the virtual assistant. Fedex hasn't updated the tracking on a shipment since it shipped, and it's been four days.
