2026-08-10	Li*****	If I could give this app 0 stars I would. This app use to be good. The last I think 3 updates. It gotten worse and worse on the android phone. I do not recommend this app at all. Trying to track packages is a nightmare with this app. Starting in June 2026, my packages stop showing in the app .

2026-08-09	do*****	The app and employees are terrible the driver said he came to my house and we was not home never once did he come in my driveway i have the video for that day and then the app keeps sending me in circles and when you call you get automated messages FEDEX in general is terrible

2026-08-09	Ma*****	Most of the time I get my package. They are always here on the day they're supposed to be. But I have a problem with my address if it's not sent to Tulip Hill PL and has Plantation Dr the driver decides to leave it at a random house. Then I get a picture of my package at some neighbors house. LoL no not funny. Then I have to call and try to explain it to customer service which is automated and the machine creates a ticket. Ok but they don't really understand what I am trying to say.
