2026-07-19	Ke*****	Update does not work! I had the app already installed and just did an update, and I can no longer log in, it just hangs there when I'm trying to put in a password. I've rebooted, I've cleared the cash. Nothing works, DO NOT INSTALL THE UPDATE.

2026-07-19	Br*****	Yep. Just as everyone else has said... I installed this app for the first time and it crashed on first open and every time after that. All I wanted was a notification but the notification toggle in the app won't stay checked. We have choices in our carriers. Why is any company still using them? I always get sad when I see a company is going to ship through FedEx.

2026-07-19	Th*****	absolutely worst experience across the entire ecosystem. you get bounced around between web and app, continously reauthenticating mfa, and cannot track or change delivery options. installed, tested and uninstalled in under 45 min. whoever is the user experience lead is needs to find a new journey in life. terrible
