Randomly decides to stop working/reloading. It’s like they don’t want my money

I haven’t lived in the US in 4 years. I started commuting to Chicago daily so I wanted the app back. I don’t remember my username made in highschool forgive me. When I click retrieve username it says email sent. In fact it did not. When I create account I cannot because I have an existing account. I wish I could levitate as a result of this experience. First world can afford a basic functioning app. Very sad to see. Disappointed.
