I have had my two systems for about five years. This app works in the most basic level. I haven’t received notifications for maybe three or four years. It’s cumbersome, ugly and desperately needs to be brought into the modern era. Furthermore Eco Water needs to bring up to date guides on the their app or YouTube for simple maintenance like updating WiFi, resetting filter change notifications, etc. The only thing worst than this app is nothing at all.
