I downloaded & installed the new iQua2 app. I had to manually type in my current username email address & password. It rejected it. I tried several times. No luck. I clicked on password reset & the system said it was going to email me the password Reset link. Nothing. I gave up trying. I tried over & over again to reset the password. The only solution was to delete the new app and reinstall the old one. I was able to login.

iQua was fine until the updated it to 2. Need whole new login and need to be at unit to register. Nobody checked or cared. I will remove the unit and replace. If they don’t care about your privacy and software they don’t care about you. Be careful.
