По состоянию на середину ноября 2022 года это дополнение работает. Как будет дальше - посмотрим. Вполне вероятно, что ютубовские манагеры найдут новый способ обойти эту блокировку и снова запустить своё, так доставшее многих, автовоспроизведение. Посмотрим.

This app blocks audio in Google Meet without any notifications. I spent a couple of hours troubleshooting audio problems with Google Meet, and ultimately started randomly disabling things in Chrome and BANG!, disabling this fixed the issue....
