My company has over 60 employees using using XtendIn for about 2 years now and couldn't live without it. It has a ton of integrations for Infusionsoft and Gmail that have DRAMATICALLY increased our efficiency and has reduced our employee learning curve. Coolest features - dropbox file integration/view in Infusionsoft next to the Filebox, ability to send a text message from your gmail email interface when you send an email to a contact in Infusionsoft (i.e. client gets email and text with one button push), capability to change the infusionsoft contact record header or entire background to a different color based on a specific tag applied to the record (we turn "blacklisted" client's records dark grey so our staff knows not to waste time on them). I could go on for hours about this awesome Chrome extension.

Pretty darn cool. Clearly a work in progress, with some outdated documentation and bugginess in certain areas (Facebook Avatars), but very functional, and I really like where it's headed.
