Customer Service is deplorable. I have been a paid user for a few years. Just recently it renewed on 7/20/24 to be valid for another year, so July 2025. I got a new phone and had issues getting it to synch with my PC. (the reason I paid for this app in the first place). I get an automated message telling me I must email them THRU THE APP, which I did and I STILL GET THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAYING IF I AM A PREMIUM USER I HAVE TO EMAIL THRU THE APP.... Plus Chrome is saying it may no longer support this app in the near future. Can't get an answer on that either...
