User feedback largely notes reliability problems: highlights and notes frequently fail to save or persist across sessions, including on web pages. PDF highlighting is problematic or unsupported. A few users feel the latest release regressed compared with earlier versions and express a desire to revert to a previous build, while a minority report it works as advertised and without requiring an account.
