very nice text fragment add-on.
for me it worked out of the box with my Firefox 150.0 (64-bit) on a linux system.
as fare as i can tell i have no custom set config.
it just does what it should and this with minimal permissions!

You have to go into about:config
then search layout.css.scroll-anchoring-text-fragment.enabled
pres the (+) button on the right
make sure it says "true"
after that it worked perfect.
these steps should be included in the installation steps or in the read me file on github. Currently they don't exist anywhere.
Also it works every 5 or more tries.
