Plank Test

Application to determine core muscle fitness level.

This application is equipped with a test implementation guide in the form of text and video.

To find out the level of core muscle fitness, the user must enter data from the plank test results in the measurement menu.

Processed data can be stored in the database available in the application.

Users can export files stored in the database to .csv format or share database files via email, social media and messengers.
