Push-Up Test

Application to determine the level of upper body muscle endurance

In this application the user is given an explanation in the form of text and video in carrying out the push-up test.

To determine the level of muscle endurance, the user enters the results of the push-up test in the measurement menu.

Users can store data in a local database and can be exported to .csv format and can be shared via email, social media or messenger applications.
