It is December 2nd, 2024. I've made a number of purchases online since August 2024 using my RBC credit card and the ShopPlus browser extension. None of the promotions from the browser extension have been credited to my accounts. I've spoken to RBC people a number of times, most have no idea about the extension, or Avion. RBC now says that they aren't involved in the promotions I've used via the browser extension, and that I need to contact Avion. I can't find a contact number or address for Avion, other than via RBC. Short version: the ShopPlus browser extension advertised by RBC and Avion is a hoax. Don't load or use it. If anyone involved with either company feels like helping me, please reach out.
