Use Antidote directly where you are writing! This extension creates a menu in Google Chrome that links the connector, the dictionaries and the language guides to the browser.

Important: You must have access to Antidote (via Antidote 11 or 10, Antidote+, or Antidote Web) to use Antidote’s tools, which are not included with this connector.

Select a text and run it through the corrector using the extension menu. The Antidote application will open to process the text. For editable content, the changes made in the corrector will automatically be applied to the original text in Google Chrome.

The menu also provides access to the dictionaries and the language guides. Select a word and click on one of these resources in the extension menu: it will open to relevant page

L'anti-oups d'Antidote Web est très décevant, comparé à l'ancienne version de l'application sur le PC. Souvent, le texte n'apparait pas dans le navigateur et on doit recommencer. On doit se reconnecter fréquemment. L'anti-oups ne nous guide pas vers la prochaine erreur, il faut la chercher nous-mêmes, ce qui est ardu dans un long texte. À chacune des corrections, une boîte de dialogue nous cache la vue jusqu'à ce que nous l'enlevions manuellement. La fenêtre du navigateur reste ouverte après l'envoi du message et ça prend 2-3 clics avant de la fermer. Très décevant.
