| 2024-12-04 |  | | en | It is December 2nd, 2024. I've made a number of purchases online since August 2024 using my RBC credit card and the ShopPlus browser extension. None of the promotions from the browser extension have been credited to my accounts. I've spoken to RBC people a number of times, most have no idea about the extension, or Avion. RBC now says that they aren't involved in the promotions I've used via the browser extension, and that I need to contact Avion. I can't find a contact number or address for Avion, other than via RBC. Short version: the ShopPlus browser extension advertised by RBC and Avion is a hoax. Don't load or use it. If anyone involved with either company feels like helping me, please reach out. |

I too decided to try getting money back through this app recently but as yet to see anything credited to my account. I chose the Avion Rewards over Rakuten as it offered 10% back vs Rakuten's 1% offer. One person stated that it may take several weeks for it to show up so I'll wait to see if this is the case. If I do get my reward I will come back and edit my review. December 1,2024 Still haven't received anything back from my previous purchase. It's been so long that I've forgotten where I purchased from. As many other disgruntled customers there is no way to follow up or view your orders or pending points. Don't bother with this app. Rakuten is much better! |

I've had a request open since April of 2024 and it's still unresolved. Don't be fooled by this "rewards" perk. It's nothing but frustration. |

It would also be nice to actually see pending activity. I placed an order a few weeks ago through the avion shop plus link and still can't even see if it went through. I know that it says cashback will show at different times depending on merchant, but can't it show that the cash back is pending or show record of knowing you placed an order with the qualifying merchant. |

I support S O's comments below that the cashback will appear at different intervals, depending on what the retailers return window looks like. If you do not have an RBC Personal Deposit Account to receive the cashback, you would need to visit their rewards site to enter your details to receive the funds via eTransfer. Hope this helps ;) |

Even after waiting 90 days, all ad blockers deleted, app loaded, confirmed, even when pop up after purchase with "successfully applied!" shows, I have NEVER once actually received cash back or extra points. All customer service can say is that they cannot investigate if the transaction is over 90 days old, however, please wait the 90 days for your cash back to appear. |
