It would also be nice to actually see pending activity. I placed an order a few weeks ago through the avion shop plus link and still can't even see if it went through. I know that it says cashback will show at different times depending on merchant, but can't it show that the cash back is pending or show record of knowing you placed an order with the qualifying merchant. |

I support S O's comments below that the cashback will appear at different intervals, depending on what the retailers return window looks like. If you do not have an RBC Personal Deposit Account to receive the cashback, you would need to visit their rewards site to enter your details to receive the funds via eTransfer. Hope this helps ;) |

Even after waiting 90 days, all ad blockers deleted, app loaded, confirmed, even when pop up after purchase with "successfully applied!" shows, I have NEVER once actually received cash back or extra points. All customer service can say is that they cannot investigate if the transaction is over 90 days old, however, please wait the 90 days for your cash back to appear. |

RBC support was pleasant but unhelpful past several months - different rep all the time. Not meeting my expectations, loss cashback is disappointing, should have gone with more reputable cash back providers instead. Unable to leave zero stars, this more a caution and the risks using their affiliated promo links, to double check your cashback. I dont do a lot of reviews or ever left a negative feedback, but RBC losing my cash is disappointing for a reputable financial institution. |

Customer support is useless, no sense of urgency and no idea what's happening. It's now beginning to pass the window of time that it says you can earn points from past purchases. I've already made hundreds of dollars in purchases that I won't be able to get rewarded for because their linking feature broke suddenly and irreparably ever since July. Error given upon accounts being unable to link: "We're sorry. We're currently having issues connecting to this site. Please try again later and contact the Alliance support team if the issue persists." |

Depending on the merchants return policy, you can expect your cash back in either 30, 60 or 90 days. Cash is awarded once a month. |

I too decided to try getting money back through this app recently but as yet to see anything credited to my account. I chose the Avion Rewards over Rakuten as it offered 10% back vs Rakuten's 1% offer. One person stated that it may take several weeks for it to show up so I'll wait to see if this is the case. If I do get my reward I will come back and edit my review. |
