Each time a new tab is opened, a fresh quote is displayed reminding users of TCI. The extension functions entirely offline, sourcing new quotes once the connection is reestablished. It is a secure tool, never tracking user's browsing history or collecting data. Additionally, it is wholly open source.

This is my favourite "new tab" extension! It's such a nice, clean, simple, and PASSIVE way to stay inspired and thoughtful about my creative practice while I'm online. The Creative Independent is also one of my favourite websites to do longer form reading about the lives, philosophies, and artistic strategies of other creatives. Plus, this extension and their website's design have really lovely visual design and usability features. Would give 10 stars if I could!
