Yah, very cool idea to implement...but it sounds utter garbage in the ear.
Please contact with a musician and maybe google "the most used keys on keyboard". and do it scientifically...that would be nice.
I was constantly thinking how this make sense...then suddenly popped up in my head "abcdef..."...which doesn't work not musically(piano tiling in a way like zxcvbnm are an octave that works), not even literally(like "E" is the most used letter, google it, then E should be C that works)
so please do some changes, really cool idea.
