User reviews
Users appreciate the concept of centralized password management, especially for departmental accounts, and find it easy to access saved resources. However, the extension suffers from requiring frequent logins, poor auto-fill performance, and an unintuitive interface that complicates password retrieval. Technical issues like JavaScript errors and interference with webpage elements are reported. Additionally, some users raise security concerns about plaintext password transmission within the extension.
Pros
- Supports departmental/admin login management for vendor accounts
- Easy access to resources from the extension
- Good idea for saving passwords and managing them centrally
Cons
- Requires logging in every day or every browser session
- Does not auto login or auto populate passwords reliably on many sites
- Not intuitive to use; requires multiple steps to find and use logins
- Extension sometimes causes technical issues like blocking dropdown lists or producing console errors
- Security concern regarding plaintext passwords sent in API requests

Thanks, ManageEngine, the extension needs more develop, why I need to login every time even if i'm already login to the main portal!
Also, I'm using OTP auth, i need to type code manually, if i click anywhere then i'll lose the current session!

The app constantly asks if I would like to save the password to the personal vault, even though I'm using the app to sign in. Auto-populates on maybe 2/20 sites I have passwords saved for, all the rest I have to click the personal drop down and choose the password I want to use. Also logs out a lot. Still definitely clunky, but I do love the idea of saving department wide admin logins for vendor accounts, etc.
