The Technician's Report replaces paper: you fill out the report on your mobile, the customer signs with their finger and the PDF leaves with one click to your company.

✔ Customer, address, VAT number (automatic brand search from the registry)
✔ Type of work: breakdown, installation, upgrade, maintenance, training
✔ Arrival/departure times with automatic total hours and error warning
✔ Diagnosis, tasks, equipment/serials, spare parts and photos
✔ Customer and technician signature on the report
✔ Voice dictation: you speak instead of typing
✔ PDF with your company logo and details, ready to send by email or message
✔ Do you work for more than one company? Add all, with your own logo and numbering per company
✔ Setup with a QR scan from your employer
✔ Optional: signed reports are automatically uploaded to the secretariat portal

The application is free for each company. Employers create their company's QR at itnow.gr/techreport.

The reports stay on your device. There are no ads and no account is required.
