Fix Report

Fix Report is a professional application designed for the digital creation of preventive and corrective maintenance logs for equipment.

It allows technicians and maintenance companies to:

✔ Register company, client, and representative data
✔ Register equipment, including photographs
✔ Add maintenance protocols and instructions
✔ Record technical measurements
✔ Register used spare parts
✔ Sign directly in the app (manual signature or via QR code)
✔ Function offline (offline mode)
✔ Generate maintenance logs in PDF format

The application is geared towards:

• Industrial and technical maintenance companies for equipment in general (appliances, automotive, medical equipment, machinery, among others)
• Engineers and field technicians
• Technical document management and control

Instead of using physical paper forms, Fix Report allows you to generate professional reports directly from your cell phone or mobile device. As equipment, clients, and protocols are registered, the process becomes increasingly streamlined and efficient, facilitating the creation of new maintenance sheets.

Reports can be shared in real time with the client via email or messaging applications.

The application can be used in portrait orientation; however, for optimal viewing of long forms, landscape orientation or use on a tablet is recommended.
