I've used Glance several times in conjunction with QuickBooks support. It has worked perfectly each and every time. In fact it has worked so well I have decided to download and install the Chrome Ext for Glance so I don't have to download it every time I need support via the web. I'm not sure what problems others are facing to bring the overall rating down to 2.1 out of 5 but having done tech support for over 30 years I suspect they have done something wrong. In regards to not getting a phone call back that has to do with the company using the product to connect to your computer and not Glance. At least I believe that to be the case if I'm understanding things correctly. Glance is just a software interface to connects someone to another person's computer and doesn't actually make the phone call. Keep up the good work Glance Networks

I use glance for work every day multiple times a day and it is a game changer. only time I ever have issues is when the user is on a MAC and they dont know how to enable screen recording, but I walk them through it
