Summary
Want to make news articles more fun? This extension will replace words as suggested by XKCD comic 1288, 1625, and 1679. Clicking the extension button will open a new tab with the current page, with specified text replaced. Here are some of the replacements: "witnesses" becomes "these dudes I know", "allegedly" becomes "kinda probably", "new study" becomes "Tumblr post", "rebuild" becomes "avenge", "space" becomes "spaaace", "Google Glass" becomes "virtual boy", "smartphone" becomes "pokedex", "electric" becomes "atomic", "senator" becomes "elf-lord", "car" becomes "cat", "election" becomes "eating contest", "congressional leaders" becomes "river spirits", "Homeland Security" becomes "Homestar Runner", and "could not be reached for comment" becomes "is guilty and everyone knows it".
