It works great as a reminder to take breaks while I am actively browing. Frustratingly, when I close my laptop it begins counting this as inactive time, so for example when first turn on my laptop in the morning, it immediately turns red and tells me I've been inactive too long.

Best of any activity reminder that I've used. It works on several visual levels. I might rarely sit past the yellow, but I'm sure to get up when dot turns red--it's like a game. The notifications, in addition to the dot, are another good visual.
