It works great as a reminder to take breaks while I am actively browing. Frustratingly, when I close my laptop it begins counting this as inactive time, so for example when first turn on my laptop in the morning, it immediately turns red and tells me I've been inactive too long. | |

Best of any activity reminder that I've used. It works on several visual levels. I might rarely sit past the yellow, but I'm sure to get up when dot turns red--it's like a game. The notifications, in addition to the dot, are another good visual. | |

It's a simply little chrome application, but it works good enough to get me off my keister and go for a walk around the office. Sometimes ill even find myself glaring at the dot, just waiting for it to change, like the eye of sauron. |
